SAMOSA FILLING - RED MEAT

 


Ingredients

Minced meat - lamb or beef - 200 gms
Onions, chopped - 2 cups
Thai red chili, finely chopped - 2 (may use any other chili)
Ginger-garlic paste - 1/2 tbsp 
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Pepper - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves, chopped - a few sprigs
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 1 tbsp


Heat pan, and add oil. Next, add onions and chilis. Fry for a minute, add ginger-garlic paste, and continue to fry till the ginger-garlic paste starts to smell aromatic. 


Add meat, coriander powder and salt. Stir to mix well, break up lumps in the meat and cook till done.


Transfer to bowl. 

Leave to cool. Then add chopped coriander leaves, pepper and garam masala.
